1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bloxion website, services, or digital products (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You represent that you are legally permitted to use the Services under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority, you confirm that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Services

Bloxion provides virtual digital goods intended for use within Roblox games. All products are digital-only and have no real-world monetary value. Bloxion is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Roblox Corporation.

4. Delivery of Digital Goods

After successful payment, users must join the official Bloxion Discord server and open a support ticket to receive purchased items. Delivery is typically completed within 24 hours but is not guaranteed and may vary due to technical issues, high demand, or incomplete information.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of the products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Bloxion. Refunds will not be issued for completed deliveries, user error, or failure to follow delivery instructions.

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Bloxion is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your account.

7. Data Use and Platform Security

To operate the Services safely and reliably, Bloxion may collect and use limited information necessary to protect users, prevent fraud or abuse, process transactions and deliveries, enforce these Terms, and comply with legal obligations. This information is used solely for operational, security, and support purposes and is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, nor to interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloxion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

Bloxion reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
