Refund requests may be submitted if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed in accordance with this policy. Refunds may be denied if the digital item has already been delivered or used, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
2. Request Timeframe
All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period may not be considered.
3. Review and Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days from the date the request is approved. Additional time may be required for the refunded amount to appear on your payment method statement, depending on your payment provider.
4. Abuse and Misuse
Bloxion reserves the right to refuse refund requests if there is evidence of abuse, excessive requests, fraudulent behavior, or violation of our Terms of Service.
